Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Real Estate Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, building client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: • Identify potential buyers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking. • Conduct property site visits with prospective clients and explain project details, pricing, and benefits. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure sales conversions and repeat business. • Present, promote, and sell real estate properties as per company’s sales strategy. • Understand client needs and provide suitable property options. • Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales deals. • Stay updated on current real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management. • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, client interactions, and sales in CRM systems. • Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams for lead management and customer support. Requirements: • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. • Good negotiation and closing skills. • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits. • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). • Familiarity with real estate market trends and localities is an added advantage.
