Key Responsibilities: Liaise with government departments for licenses, renewals, and statutory approvals (FSSAI, Fire, Health, Shops & Establishments, etc.) Coordinate with legal consultants for documentation and case follow-ups. Handle legal notices and support timely responses and resolutions. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations across all branches. Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation. Build and maintain relationships with municipal bodies and statutory authorities. Requirements: Bachelors degree (Law degree preferred) Minimum 10 years’ experience in PRO/legal liaison roles, preferably in hospitality or retail. Strong understanding of restaurant-related licenses and compliance procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
