SRE DevOps

Role Overview: As an SRE DevOps at Wipro Limited, your role is to work with application teams and developers to facilitate better coordination amongst operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Align and focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications. - Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline supporting the application lifecycle across the DevOps toolchain, including planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring. - Manage the IT infrastructure according to the requirements of the supported software code. - On-board an application on the DevOps tool and configure it as per the client's needs. - Create user access workflows and provide user access following the defined process. - Build and engineer the DevOps tool customized as per the client's suggestions. - Collaborate with development staff to address the coding and scripting required to connect code elements with operating systems and production infrastructure. - Utilize tools to automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment. - Provide customer support/service on the DevOps tools. - Offer timely support to internal and external customers on multiple platforms. - Address and resolve tickets raised on these tools within a specified TAT. - Ensure adequate resolution with customer satisfaction. - Follow escalation matrix/process when resolution becomes complicated or unresolved. - Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of critical/repeatable issues. Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skill: DevOps. - Experience: 5-8 years.
