Role & responsibilities Assess and manage electrical load requirements for the factory. Coordinate electrical connections from existing family-owned substations or incoming sources. Plan and supervise machine and utility placements. Support installation and commissioning of injection molding and extrusion machines. Create and maintain a maintenance schedule for all electrical and mechanical systems. Act as the go-to person for all factory-related technical and utility concerns during construction and post-commissioning. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure proper execution of MEP works. Preferred candidate profile Prior experience working on industrial project sites (factories/plants) is mandatory. Good understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical layouts, and utility planning. Experience or basic knowledge of injection molding and extrusion machinery will be an added asset. Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
