Sr Visualizer

Position Title: Sr. Visualiser

Department: Design

Reporting To: Art Director

Location: Chembur, Mumbai (On-site)

CTC: 4.0 to 6.0 LPA

We are looking for a Sr. Visualiser who can think beyond just layouts someone who can turn briefs into visual stories. This is a role for a designer with 3 to 4 years of experience who brings together conceptual thinking, digital-first execution, and brand alignment.

 You will work across a wide range of formats social media creatives, campaign key visuals, static print, brand decks, outdoor, and internal branding while collaborating with creative leads, copywriters, and client servicing teams. You will also be expected to contribute to creative ideation, not just execution.

  Were especially keen on candidates with formal design education (such as a BFA in Commercial Arts) and a strong grip over Adobe Creative Cloud. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative team and is constantly pushing for better output, this could be the right role for you.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

You are not just a designer you are a visual storyteller with a strong craft ethic, a sharp eye, and the confidence to push ideas forward.

You should bring:

• 2 to 4 years of design experience in creative/digital agencies
• A formal design degree preferably BFA in Commercial Arts or equivalent
• Strong portfolio of digital, social, and brand communication work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills

Awareness of design for different platforms, formats, and placements (print, web, mobile, OOH)

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work fast without compromising on quality
• Exposure to motion or video tools and basic understanding of animation principles is a bonus
• Curiosity to learn, openness to feedback, and the maturity to take ownership of tasks from start to finish
