Sr. UiPath Test Automation Developer

As a Sr. UiPath Test Automation Developer, your role involves designing and implementing scalable, modular, and reusable UiPath Test Automation Frameworks. Your key responsibilities include: - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient automation workflows. - Developing end-to-end automated test scripts for web, desktop, API, and workflow-based applications using UiPath Test Suite. - Establishing best practices for test automation architecture, coding standards, reusable components, libraries, and utilities. - Configuring UiPath Orchestrator for test execution, scheduling, resource management, test sets, and test queues. - Integrating test automation workflows with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab. - Setting up continuous testing pipelines, test triggers, execution dashboards, and automated reporting. - Developing stable and reliable UI automation using selectors, anchors, image automation, object repository, and automation best practices. - Implementing robust exception handling, recovery logic, and intelligent wait strategies. - Using UiPath Test Manager for test case management, requirement mapping, defect tracking, and coverage reporting. - Working closely with QA teams to align automated tests with manual test scenarios and business requirements. - Mentoring junior developers and guiding teams on UiPath Test Suite usage, best practices, and coding standards. - Collaborating with QA, DevOps, business SMEs, and development teams for end-to-end automation initiatives. Qualifications required for this role: - 5-8 years of experience in Test Automation, with at least 3 years in UiPath Test Suite. - Strong experience in UiPath Studio / Studio Pro, UiPath Test Manager, UiPath Orchestrator, Test Cases, Data-Driven Tests, RPA Testing & Application Testing. - Proven experience in building automation frameworks from scratch. - Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD setup (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab). - Strong understanding of selectors, UI automation challenges, libraries, and reusable components. - Experience with API testing using UiPath. - Proficiency in VB.NET/C#, JSON, REST APIs, SQL, and XML. - Solid understanding of Agile methodology, QA processes, and SDLC. Soft skills required for this role: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in fast-paced development cycles. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. - Ownership mindset and a high degree of accountability. Additionally, you should be flexible to work in Late India Shift and have at least 5 hours of overlap with PST.
