Sr Test Manager- Networking/Security Domain

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the testing activities related to networking and security at Arivon. Your role will involve overseeing people management, project management, and planning processes to ensure the successful execution of testing projects. Key Responsibilities: - Programming in testing networking and/or security or cloud security - Managing projects, people, and teams effectively - Understanding and working with network protocols such as TCP/IP, SSL, EAP, Active Directory/LDAP, Radius - Demonstrating knowledge of network-security fundamentals including authentication and cryptography - Utilizing excellent debugging and problem-solving skills - Collaborating effectively and communicating clearly both verbally and in written form - Conducting project management, project planning, and people management tasks efficiently Qualifications Required: - BS/BE/B-Tech or MS/ME/M-Tech degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics - 6 to 8 years of experience in programming for testing networking and/or security or cloud security - 2 to 6 years of experience in project, people, and team management - Strong understanding of networking and security principles - Excellent skills in debugging, problem diagnosis, and creative problem-solving - Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities, both verbal and written.,
