Sr Technology Solution Architect

**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Solution Architect at TresVista, you will closely collaborate with product managers, the engineering team, and leadership to design and develop full-stack investment research management systems. Your role will involve designing microservices, databases, workflows, and front-end components to ensure ease of use and scalability. Multitenancy is a key aspect of the solution you will be working on, and you will need to incorporate it into your design. Initially focused on a web application MVP, the role will later involve introducing a mobile application. Setting processes for instance management, code branching, merging, and migration standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Your strong development background in JAVA / J2EE, server-side scripting (node.js), and Microservices will be essential, along with proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of technology. You will be instrumental in driving innovation, promoting collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the technical strategy aligned with business goals - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge - Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Java node.js framework, SQL, and NoSQL databases - Design the security layer of the solution - Create API documentation through Swagger and YAML - Liaise with the Product team to understand user needs and product USPs for designing smooth in-app user experiences - Work with the engineering team to ensure corporate goals are met - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback and documentation - Drive a culture of technical excellence, quality, and best practices within the engineering team - Lead the development of front-end (Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript) and back-end (Java, node.js, SQL, AWS, etc.) components - Participate in business and product discussions - Develop responsive UI solutions following good coding practices and integrate with databases or server-side logic **Qualifications Required:** - Deep technical knowledge in Software Product Engineering using Java/J2EE, multithreading, data structures, OOPS, NoSQL DB, Cassandra, and building SaaS applications on the cloud - Experience in developing Enterprise Software using Agile Methodology and familiarity with Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Solr, elastic search, etc. - 10+ years of experience in full stack development and modern application architecture - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from a premier institute (IIT preferred),
