Sr. Technology Analyst - Network

As a Network Engineer at Nissan, you will play a crucial role in managing and designing the network infrastructure. This includes tasks such as installation, setup/configuration, troubleshooting, tuning, and maintenance of networking and related equipment as per defined specifications. Your technical expertise will be essential for designing, managing deployment, and maintaining IT network infrastructure. This involves administering access protection, audit control, system recovery methods, breach prevention, and conducting awareness training, among other responsibilities. With 8 to 10 years of experience in Network Administration and Network Security, the ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and administering Palo Alto firewall, Cisco WSA, Zscalar proxy, Cisco Switches, and Aruba Wireless systems. Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, scheduling upgrades, and ensuring network security through policy enforcement and access monitoring will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating data network faults in local and wide area environments, maintaining network uptime, and adhering to change management procedures. The role requires strong expertise in enterprise routing and switching environments, 3-layer network architecture, and enterprise wireless networks. Knowledge of data network equipment software upgrades, firewall administration (Palo Alto, Cisco FTD/ASA), Cisco Iron Port proxy servers, and network configuration management tools is necessary. Experience with SDWAN, MPLS networks, and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, TCP, IPv4, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, SDWAN, VPN (IPSEC and SSL), as well as packet capturing and analysis, will be advantageous. Effective communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and good planning and time management skills are essential for success in this role. Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP (Cisco Certification) and PCNSA/PCNSE (Palo Alto Certifications) will be beneficial in showcasing your expertise in the field.
