Sr. Technician (Foundry Heat Treat/ LPDC)

As a Foundry Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of LPDC & heat treatment furnaces. Your role will involve a clear understanding of heat treatment furnace, holding furnace, and melting furnace processes. In addition, you will be in charge of the electrical maintenance of drives, starters, sensors, motors, heaters, burners, and gases. You should possess knowledge of breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and predictive maintenance. It is essential for you to be able to read electrical drawings and circuits for effective troubleshooting. Furthermore, you will be required to carry out the replacement of electrical components as part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in LPDC & heat treatment furnace maintenance - Clear understanding of heat treatment, holding, and melting furnace processes - Proficiency in electrical maintenance of various components - Ability to perform breakdown, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance - Skill in reading electrical drawings and circuits - Experience in replacing electrical components The company offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
