Sr Technical Lead - .Net Developer

Role Overview: As part of the team, you will work closely with the development team, Leads, Architects, and team QAs on a daily basis to develop the framework and features based on business requirements. You are encouraged to understand the requirements and collaborate with the team to detail them in Jira Epics/Stories. Your responsibility will include working closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality standards of the features being developed and delivered. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and address new and existing software within the time and scope of integration. - Perform tests on applications and apply remediation as necessary to eliminate errors. - Ensure a smooth process during third-party API integrations. - Assist in the development and peer review of plans, technical solutions, and related documentation. - Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. - Build reusable code and libraries for future use. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Implement security and data protection. - Design and implement data storage solutions. - Maintain clear communication with your immediate manager regarding work undertaken and ensure performance standards are met. - Regularly update and consult with your direct manager on ongoing tasks and projects. - Provide timely progress reports and seek mentorship as needed for efficient workflow. - Attend and contribute to team huddles, meetings, and ad-hoc meetings. - Assist in additional tasks and projects assigned by supervisors or management to support department and organizational goals. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET Framework MVC, Web API, Entity Framework. - Computer Science or Engineering-related degree. - Good understanding of the .NET 6 framework and experience in building and maintaining high-performance applications using C#. - Knowledge of the Mediator Pattern and ability to work with it for leading communication between different components. - Understanding of CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation) principles to separate read and write operations. - Good understanding of best coding practices. - Experience in MS-SQL Server and Mongo database. - Basic knowledge in front-end development with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Angular. - Experience in MS-SQL Server Schema, Stored procedures, trigger, indexes. - Experience in performance tuning of both C# code and SQL queries. - Experience in Unit-Testing development. - Proficiency in examining, investigating, and solving multifaceted problems. - Familiarity with CQRS + DDD would be effective. - Excellent spoken and written English.
