The company places a strong emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities to create inclusive and sustainable communities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess at least 10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and NLP technologies. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of Model development, model serving, and training/re-training techniques in a data sparse environment. - Utilize expertise in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and MCP. - Proficient in using both paid (OpenAI on Azure) and open-source LLMs. - Develop Python code as necessary and provide training to Developers based on business requirements. - Hands-on experience with Python programming language and AWS/Azure ecosystem. - Apply deep learning and generative modeling techniques to develop LLM solutions in Artificial Intelligence. - Design and implement state-of-the-art generative models for NLP tasks such as text generation, language translation, and document summarization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. - Evaluate and preprocess large-scale datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity for training and evaluation of generative models. - Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and optimize generative models in production environments. - Provide guidance to junior data scientists and contribute to the growth and success of the data science team. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong background in Pharma R&D is preferable. - Understanding of cloud-native application development in AWS/Azure. - Extensive knowledge of machine learning with a focus on generative models like GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures. - Experience in developing Guardrails for LLMs with open-source and cloud-native models. - Expertise in RDBMS database systems. - Experience in Marklogic/NoSQL databases and Elastic search is a plus.
