Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and 5 years as a Software Architect / Java Technical lead.
Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system design.Experience in designing and implementing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) like scalability, performance, and security.Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) with hands-on experience in cloud services.Ability to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines independently.Skilled in monolithic to microservices migration strategies.Capable of handling high data volumes and designing analytics dashboards using analytical databases.Ability to work as an individual contributor while managing and mentoring a team.Strong client management skills to gather requirements and present system architectures.Experience in building and deploying distributed systems for enterprise-grade applications.Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana is an advantage.Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Able to understand the IBM WebSphere and IBM Http server functionalities
