Responsible for Strategic Sourcing Activities New Product Development- RFQ Preparation, Supplier Identification, Quotation Analysis, Should Costing, Negotiation with Suppliers, Supplier Agreement Sign off, PPAP, BOM Finalization with Engineering team along with evaluation of should costing of each part in BO . * Responsible to monitor price trend analysis of commodity pricing along with which Cost negotiations with suppliers. * Vendor management, Supplier/Vendor Risk Analysis, Supplier/Vendor Evaluation & Supplier/vendor Rating on QCD, Supplier/vendor Improvement Plan preparation & Implementation. * VAVE, Cost Reduction Initiatives, Supplier/Vendor Rationalization, Supplier/Vendor Spend Analysis. * New Vendor development along with capacity planning, Product cycle time evaluation, new product line set ups at vendor. To set and achieve the yearly targets of cost reduction, vendor consolidation, Smooth timely Program launches, Localization content improvement, supplier relationship management etc. Tool cost settlement with vendors by the ways of amortizations/recovery. Formulation of Tooling Contract Agreements. Cost Reductions based on productivity improvements, rejection control, business assurance and formulation of "Share of Business" working, benchmarking & cost walk over time etc. Support to Design & Marketing teams for NPI indirect procurement. Vendor Visits on regularly basis to improve the capacity & quality in manufacturing process. Monitoring of Raw Material Planning by suppliers based on scheduling & Procurement Plan MIS-Monthly MIS Preparation for Sourcing activities ERP-SAP-MM Module Ready to support procurement activities for New NPIs post PPAP Qualification: BE Mechanical/ MBA along with 5-7 Years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement & Supply Chain activities. Professional Knowledge Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, New Product Development, Procurement & CFT Management. Communication & Negotiation Well Cultured Communicator-Language of reporting & language of affection, Versed in Negotiations skills. Problem Solve Ability Quick decision maker & well in situation handling, Data management & versed in problem solving ability
