Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Sr Specialist Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of products or services.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop reports to track quality metrics and performance.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or quality management.
Proven experience in quality engineering with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001:2015 standards.
