Sr. Software QA Engineer Automation Tester

You will be responsible for assessing the quality of web applications through manual and automated testing at AccuStrategix. Your main task will be to find and report bugs and glitches, while following an agile team development approach to ensure the quality of the web application. Responsibilities: - Create Test Automation Framework and establish standards and guidelines. - Work on a web application test framework to ensure re-usability and scalability of test assets and test cases. - Develop a vision for creating and proposing test suits and their planning. - Develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium. - Rapidly develop modular test cases based on requirements. - Conduct peer reviews of test cases and artefacts. - Be punctual and self-learner, ensuring on-quality commitments for assigned program/project deliverables. - Train other Testers on developing and performing the execution of test automation scripts. Qualifications: - 4+ years of solid test automation script development experience using Selenium tool (Selenium IDE & web driver). - Deep understanding of the Selenium object model, Java, .NET, and web client/server technologies. - Exposure to JMETER and other advanced tools is a plus. - Ability to quickly understand complex applications and systems. - Clear understanding of the Agile-SDLC phases. - Demonstrated ability to be a key player in projects and the development life cycle. - Proactively comprehend problems and resolve them with minimal supervision/automation. - Energetic self-starter, motivated, and open to a dynamic fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a plus.
