Sr. Software Engineer / Software Engineer Sitecore Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Developer to join our MST team. As a Sr. Software Engineer / Software Engineer, you will be responsible for working on high-impact Sitecore-based digital platforms primarily focusing on backend development. Your role will involve developing secure and scalable systems using modern architecture principles and leading complex Sitecore projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Skills required for this position include: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development. - Sitecore Certified Professional Developer. - Strong proficiency in C# and .NET programming. - Expertise in Sitecore 9.x and above (including Sitecore XM Cloud). - Experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL), SQL Server, and CI/CD using GitHub. - Knowledge of deploying Sitecore on Vercel or similar hosting environments. - Familiarity with Helix architecture principles. - Understanding of WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility standards. - Strong communication and team leadership skills. As a Sitecore Developer, your roles and responsibilities will include: - Building scalable Sitecore solutions based on Helix design principles. - Optimizing backend performance, reducing load times, and securing platforms against DDoS and malicious threats. - Implementing backend integrations for Sitecore Content Hub, personalization tools, analytics, and search. - Collaborating with designers, frontend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless experiences. - Guiding and mentoring junior developers within the team. - Conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring accessibility compliance. - Maintaining reusable backend components and technical documentation. - Translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
