Sr. Software Engineer or Team Leader

Technource is seeking a Senior Software Developer to be an integral part of our global development team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for various key aspects of the software development lifecycle with a focus on creating robust, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions that align with the organization's objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing high-level architectural designs, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices. You will also be involved in the planning and execution of backend development sprints in an Agile Scrum environment, utilizing CI/CD pipelines, database systems, alerts, and monitoring tools for efficient DevOps practices. Establishing coding standards, conducting regular code reviews, and overseeing security audits are essential tasks to ensure the delivery of high-quality and secure applications. You will also be responsible for transforming client requirements into feasible technical solutions and maintaining effective communication to ensure the understanding of functionalities. The ideal candidate for this role should have hands-on experience in PHP with the Laravel framework and Vue Js (preferably VUE 3), along with expertise in other programming languages such as Node Js and React Js. Experience in developing and deploying complex solutions, working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with CI/CD processes are highly desirable. A strategic thinker with a focus on technical innovation and growth, and experience with Git are also preferred qualifications.
