Sr. Software Engineer - Node JS

As a Backend/API Developer at Equipped, your role will involve designing and building enterprise-grade commercial SaaS products utilizing the latest cloud native tools and technologies. You will be responsible for developing secured and robust Node.js Core Web APIs following Microservice Architecture. Your key responsibilities will include: - Showing appetite and attitude for owning responsibility of technical decisions and direction for one or many projects. - Conducting technical feasibility analysis, research & development on Node.js technology related requirements. - Building reusable code and libraries for future use. - Optimizing and code refactoring for good performance. - Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should have a B. Tech/ MCA from a reputed institute/ University with 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role. Your technical knowledge should include hands-on experience and proficiency working with microservices, test-driven development, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, SQLServer, MongoDB, CI/CD tools, Git, unit testing frameworks, and Agile development methodologies. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have experience with No-SQL databases like Azure Cosmos Document and Graph DB, as well as an understanding of design patterns. Your core competencies should include collaboration, building trust, problem-solving, service excellence, lateral thinking, influencing, and inspiring. As a person, you should have a desire to see your work make a clear impact on the business and to own the solutions delivered.
