Sr Software Engineer .NET

The role at Verisys involves enhancing and maintaining core operational applications to provide elite customer credentialing, monitoring, and data services. Collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and customers, you will devise and implement solutions to elevate SAAS applications and services for internal and external satisfaction. Responsibilities include writing quality, testable code following software engineering best practices, designing resilient applications with robust monitoring and logging capabilities, conducting thorough code reviews, and working within Scrum/Agile methodologies to deliver incremental functionality. Additionally, fostering team growth through collaboration, positive feedback, and developing high-performance user interfaces and APIs for data services are essential duties. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to develop user interfaces and backend data services, prioritize tasks effectively, exhibit strong communication skills, and have experience with cloud-based software development. Proficiency in Scrum/Agile/Kanban methodologies, organizational prowess, and attention to detail are crucial. Familiarity with various agile methodologies is also required. Qualifications: - 6+ years of hands-on software development experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (.Net, ASP.net, entity framework, C#, Web API, etc.) and other object-oriented programming languages. - Experience with UI technologies like React. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field, knowledge of professional software engineering practices, experience with multiple database technologies, familiarity with microservices, AWS, Docker, CI/CD workflows, Azure Devops, Test Driven Development (TDD), and exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
