Job Description

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Proficient in Python, Reactjs and ML libraries/frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods, etc.)
Experience with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.)
Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools is a plus.
Knowledge of REST APIs, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML.
Published work in peer-reviewed conferences/journals or GitHub projects is a plus.

Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for a variety of applications.
Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
Develop scalable data pipelines and ML workflows.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products.
Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments.
Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and model evaluation to ensure performance benchmarks are met.
Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and suggest their application when appropriate.
