As a ServiceNow Sr. Developer (CSM), you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing effective ServiceNow solutions to meet organizational needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions. - Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. - Providing expertise in customizing and configuring ServiceNow for optimal performance and user experience. - Leading and mentoring junior developers to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. - Staying updated with industry best practices and trends in ServiceNow development to recommend and implement improvements. - Integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. - Participating in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 6+ years working on the ServiceNow platform. - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and excellent scripting skills. - Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM implementation. - Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools like Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal, and GenAI. - ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. - Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
