Sr SAP Functional Configurator & Production Support

As a Sr. Functional Configurator-Production Support at Infoya, you will provide technical and functional support to end-users, ensure system availability, and perform routine maintenance tasks. You will collaborate closely with technology partners to resolve issues impacting production systems and communicate updates to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include SAP/IS Retail configuration and integration, gathering business requirements, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating with Architecture and Infrastructure Teams. It is essential to have a strong understanding of SAP/IS Retail Master Data and retail business processes. **Responsibilities:** - Interact and support application users to ensure application availability in the Production environment. - Analyze service desk tickets, resolve defects, and communicate solutions to business users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new projects and gather detailed requirements for mid-sized projects and enhancements. - Perform program configuration/modification, data set-up, and cleansing activities. - Coordinate User Acceptance testing and provide system Requirement Documents and Systems External Specifications documents. - Coordinate training and rollout plans for new systems or enhancements. - Interface with Business Stakeholders, IT Infrastructure teams, and Development teams to ensure proper configuration and delivery of business requirements. - Willingness to be available 24/7 for severity one issues. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of relevant work experience with a BS in Computer Science or related field. - Experience in identifying gaps between AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and providing optimized solutions. - Strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution, materials management, and production support in SAP SD, MM modules. - Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and retail/business experience preferred. - Ability to identify business requirements, communicate effectively, work independently, and debug programs. - Solution-oriented, creative thinker with strong decision-making skills and experience in SAP/IS Retail implementation methodology.
