Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell medical devices and healthcare products across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits, meeting doctors and hospital staff, generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and diagnostic centres across Mumbai.
• Meet doctors, surgeons, hospital administrators, purchase managers and biomedical engineers to promote medical devices.
• Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities through field activities.
• Promote medical equipment, surgical instruments and healthcare products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits and applications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with clients, prepare quotations and close sales orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product delivery, installation and after-sales support.
• Track competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Submit daily field visit reports and maintain customer records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; Science, Pharmacy or Biomedical background preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare products.
• Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently handle field sales activities.
• Knowledge of hospital and healthcare markets in Mumbai will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in medical device sales, hospital sales, surgical products or medical equipment sales.
• Candidates with experience in doctor visits and hospital product promotion will be preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable with field-based work.

• Travel: Daily local travel for hospital and client visits
• Employment: Full-Time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
