Sr. Sales Executive (Jewellery Industry)

A Jewelry Sales Executive is responsible for selling jewelry, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the sales floor. This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, closing sales, and staying informed about market trends. Key responsibilities include building relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a clean and appealing showroom. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the selection process.
• Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on current jewelry trends, product details, and pricing.
• Sales and Closing: Presenting jewelry, explaining features and craftsmanship, negotiating prices, and finalizing sales transactions.
• Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
• Sales Targets: Achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensuring the showroom is clean, well-stocked, and appealing.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with inventory control.
• Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Collaboration: Working with other team members and departments to coordinate sales efforts.
• Continuous Improvement: Seeking feedback and continuously improving sales techniques and customer service skills.
• Trend Awareness: Staying informed about the latest jewelry trends and market conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
