- High School diploma
- Science degree preferred, ie biology or microbiology, or biotechnology, pharmacy.
- Good interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Superior word processing skills and detailed knowledge of core software packages, including MS Office applications
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- General awareness and knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
- Ability to work on more than 1 project with direction from senior staff as appropriate
- Ability to follow SOPs
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
