Job Description

As a Lead I - Software Engineering at UST, you will play a crucial role in web development, focusing primarily on ReactJS. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing new user-facing features using React.js and Redux - Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use - Collaborating with designers and backend developers to implement elegant and responsive user interfaces - Optimizing applications for maximum performance across various devices and browsers - Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members - Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in React.js and Redux development - Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure seamless functionality - Participating in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment Your qualifications should include: - Strong proficiency in React.js and Redux with a minimum of 5 years of experience - In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies - Experience with building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications - Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Webpack, Babel - Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling - Experience with version control systems, such as Git - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities At UST, we believe in humility, humanity, and integrity.
