Sr. React Developer-Technology Lead

The ideal candidate for this position at Broadridge should have 6-10 years of experience in UI ReactJS frontend development. You must hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in data-intensive applications. Your responsibilities will include in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in building complex web applications using ReactJS. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern state management libraries like Redux is essential. You should have proven experience in responsive and adaptive design principles, along with proficiency in utilizing design tools and frameworks, CSS, and HTTP protocol. Familiarity with agile methodologies, API integration, and adherence to modern standards and best practices is expected. Nice to have skills include experience with AngularJS, familiarity with Git version control systems, understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, working with SaaS-based client-facing products, and CMS experience. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a collaborative teamwork ethic. The shift timings for this role are US EST Shift (1 pm to 10 pm) IST.
