Job Description

As a Senior R2 Engineer with 8-12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of resilience strategies to ensure system robustness and reliability. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and overseeing audit and monitoring frameworks to identify and mitigate risks effectively. - Implementing logging mechanisms to track system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Utilizing AWS Cloud services to enhance infrastructure scalability and performance. - Integrating Splunk for advanced data analysis and insights. - Employing Dynatrace for real-time application performance monitoring. - Developing and maintaining applications using Java 11 and Java 8 adhering to best practices. - Leveraging Spring Boot for creating high-performing scalable and enterprise-level applications. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of resilience and monitoring solutions. - Conducting thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions. - Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers. - Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. - Ensuring the security and compliance of applications with industry standards. - Contributing to the overall success of the team by achieving project milestones and delivering high-quality solutions. Qualifications: - Possess strong technical skills in AWS, Dynatrace, Splunk, Angular 2-9, Spring Boot, and Java 8. - Solid understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain (nice to have). - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. - Experience in working in a hybrid work model. - Display a commitment to delivering high-quality and impactful solutions. Certifications Required: - AWS Certified Solutions Architect. - Dynatrace Certified Associate. - Splunk Core Certified User.,
