Sr. Quantity Surveyor (Interior)

As an Interior Design & Execution Company located in Chennai, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prepare quantity sheet based on onsite data and drawings - Create bill of quantities (BOQ) and bills with item rates from tender - Prepare and process subcontractor bills - Take measurements from the site engineer and ensure work is done as per company protocol In addition, you will be responsible for: - Reviewing the quantities listed for accuracy - Checking and certifying bills and invoices from vendors and contractors - Verifying measurements and certifying bills To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for preparing reconciliation statements. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position requiring in-person work at our location.,
