Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an QS & Billing Engineer - Commercial Interior, located in Chennai. The QS & Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, and supporting Interior tasks. The role also involves negotiating with vendors and conducting research to ensure accurate project cost estimations.

Qualifications

• BOQ preparation and Project Estimation skills
• Commercial Interior knowledge and experience is must
• Research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
