Job Title: Quality – Hospital Quality & Accreditation Location: Bangalore Department: Quality Control (QC) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–5 Years Education: Master’s Degree in Hospital Management (Required) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr Quality Executive to lead our hospital’s quality assurance and accreditation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with NABH standards, promote patient safety, and drive continuous improvement across all departments. Key Responsibilities:Quality Management & Compliance Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and surprise inspections across clinical and non-clinical areas. Recommend and implement quality improvement initiatives in coordination with department heads. Monitor global healthcare trends and adopt best practices to enhance hospital processes. Coordinate hospital committee meetings and quality reporting. Training & Development Identify training needs and conduct educational sessions for staff and new joiners. Train employees on emergency codes, hospital policies, and quality standards. Organize mock drills and awareness programs for crisis preparedness. Accreditation & Regulatory Lead activities related to NABH and other quality certifications. Ensure compliance with accreditation body guidelines and support external audits. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards to ensure safe and reliable patient care. Operational Excellence Conduct regular quality rounds to ensure cleanliness, patient safety, and service standards across departments. Analyze data and prepare reports on quality indicators and performance metrics. Identify process gaps, prepare action plans, and monitor compliance for continuous improvement. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Hospital Management (Mandatory) 3–5 years of experience in a hospital quality management role Strong knowledge of NABH standards and regulatory requirements Experience in handling quality audits, documentation, and QMS implementation Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Preferred) Work Location: In person
