The team's goal is to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, low costs, wide selection, and good product information.Within RBS, the Cost-to-Serve team strives to reduce Amazon's operational costs. The team's primary role is to identify defects within Amazon's supply chain and operations, establish their root cause and ideate solutions to fix defects. Our team is looking for a Program Manager to help enable Cost To serve reduction for Amazon by identifying underlying drivers of each of the cost components under Cost-to-Serve. In this role, you will have elaborate engagements with several stakeholders across Operations, business and Finance. You will work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm on costs, build a framework for identifying drivers of costs from scratch and will co-ordinate with the analytics team to enable setting up an end-to-end tracking for all costs and their drivers.Why You'll Love This Role:In this key and high-impact position, you'll act as the advocate for our internal customers, shaping and executing cost reduction frameworks and strategies. - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
