Role Overview: As a Senior Production Engineer in the Press Shop at our company, you will leverage your 6 years of experience in the field to plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of production. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and draft improved production processes to maximize the productivity of machinery and workers. You will create daily production plans based on customer requirements and ensure that daily production targets are met. Additionally, you will prepare and implement action plans effectively to maximize the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) of production-related machines. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of production in the Press Shop - Develop and draft improved production processes to maximize machinery and worker productivity - Create daily production plans based on customer requirements and ensure daily production targets are met - Prepare and implement action plans to maximize the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) of production-related machines - Provide training to the workforce on new machine operations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech Mech) - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, MS Excel, and MS Word - Familiarity with machines such as mechanical power presses, lathe machines, surface grinders, drill machines, and VFD control Note: This is a full-time job located in Sonipat.
