Sr Principal - Cybersecurity - Product Development

Role Overview: You will be working as a Deputy General Manager in the Team - Cyber Security Services Web Application Development at Tata Communications. Your main responsibility will involve leading a team of 15 to 20 people to develop cloud-delivered applications that provide customers with excellent user experience, analytics, reporting, and configuration. Your role will contribute to producing business outcomes for Cloud and Cybersecurity products and services of Novamesh, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Communications Ltd. To succeed in this role, you need to be a seasoned manager with both technical and managerial skills to deliver and sustain world-class products. Key Responsibilities: - Technically lead the team with a focus on 70% hands-on technical work and 30% management skills - Demonstrate knowledge of influencing stakeholders and team members - Mentor and lead a team of engineers on the technical front to deliver high-quality products and outcomes - Develop, test, and deploy Enterprise class MSS portal - Implement system integration design and enterprise integration patterns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as software engineers, product managers, and domain experts - Possess a go-getter attitude and a strong willingness to achieve goals Qualification and Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from reputed institutions - Strong knowledge of web technologies with experience in frontend/backend development - Hands-on experience in developing applications using Java, Springboot, Angular, and Nodejs - Familiarity with data structures, design patterns, data normalization, data lakes, and big data concepts - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, SQL, flat file DB, and Datalakes - Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Familiarity with AI and applications on AI will be a plus Note: The interview process may include written tests, including coding assessments.,
