Sr. Officer/Assistant Manager or Manager - Intellectual Properties

As a Sr. Officer /Assistant Manager / Manager (Intellectual Properties) located in Boisar, you will be expected to have more than 5 years of experience in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) Field. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Carry out FTO (Freedom to Operate) and Infringement Analysis - Make Patent Landscaping for a Molecule - Perform Patentability evaluation and file Patents - Check selected Route Patent compliance from Process, Product, Polymorph, etc. - Reply to IP queries from Customers - Coordinate with different departments - Work with patent databases - Engage in all other activities related to IP - Be open to learning new concepts and techniques **Education Qualification:** - Must be a Science Graduate In this role, your primary responsibilities will include conducting various Intellectual Property related tasks such as FTO analysis, patent landscaping, patent filing, compliance checking, customer query resolution, and inter-departmental coordination. Your educational background as a Science Graduate will provide you with the necessary foundation to excel in this role.
