Role Overview: As a Sr. Officer, Legal in Herbalife International, your primary responsibility will be to expand the India legal team to manage business growth, mitigate legal risks, and support Distributor events effectively. Your role involves drafting, negotiating, and implementing contracts meticulously to support cross-functional teams such as GSS, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing. You will ensure adherence to the contract administration policy, maintaining flawless documentation and compliance. Providing legal advice and reviewing critical documents for Distributor events, including event presentations, marketing collaterals, and claims documents will be crucial. Collaborating strictly with various departments to mitigate risks through well-articulated agreements and determining and implementing legal strategies that align with ambitious business goals are also key aspects of your role. Qualification Required: - Minimum qualifications: B.A. LLB - Experience: 3 to 5 years of post-qualification work experience in a legal role. - Skills required: - In-depth working knowledge of contract laws. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Demonstrated great teammate who excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
