Sr Officer Executive Logistics Complaint Mgt

As a Senior Officer Executive in Logistics Complaint Management at LANXESS, you will play a crucial role in handling complaints related to transport and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Complaint Handling: Execute day-to-day IQOS transport complaints in collaboration with responsible TM Operations teams in 8D format, based on feedback from internal transport partners and external departments (carriers). - Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer and transport complaints in IQOS by logging, recording, and processing complaints effectively. Implement corrective actions, track the status of complaints, and monitor the process. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as Logistics and Customer Service, as well as external partners (e.g., brokers, carriers) to enable timely solutions and ensure compliance with company procedures. - Insurance Claims: Enter damage reports into the insurance program and enforce recourse claims against the business units. - Record Maintenance: Assist in maintaining records of transport and customer complaints, collect relevant information and documents. Qualifications required for this role include: - Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role. - Special Skills: Strong communication skills, Knowledge of SAP, Logistical Compliant Management.
