As a Network & Security Administrator (L3) at Birlasoft, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced and results-oriented team that provides network and security services to clients based in Europe and the USA. With over 8 years of experience, this role is based in Mumbai and Pune. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the day-to-day operations of network and security services, ensuring the timely preparation and maintenance of configuration documentation, and actively participating in the performance management and support of the production network. You will have regular interactions with client service teams and technical experts from various vendors or providers. Operating candidly and with respect is essential in this role, as you will be expected to honestly accept failures and respond promptly with corrective actions. Additionally, you will play a key role in the evaluation and execution of demands, contributing to the overall success of the network operations team.
