You will be responsible for implementing security measures such as input validation, data encryption, and access controls to safeguard sensitive data. Additionally, you will need to develop and integrate requirements using the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) code pipeline via Github. It is essential to adhere to best practices to minimize the risk of vulnerabilities in production. Previous experience working with NO-SQL databases like MongoDB and AWS DynamoDB is preferred. Your role will involve conducting code reviews and analysis, as well as integrating DevOps practices. Collaborating closely with the lead developer, you will be tasked with implementing new features and performance enhancements for the compensation platform application suite. Working alongside business analysts, architects, and subject matter experts, you will identify solution requirements and key case studies for future solution development. You should have a good understanding of performance issues and strategies to systematically address them. Proficiency in common design patterns and their implementation is crucial. Creating end-to-end architecture and deployment strategies will also be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with other developers to deliver high-performing and security-compliant solutions to customers. Ownership of end-to-end delivery, both onsite and remotely, working with a team to develop intelligent and scalable solutions, is expected. Proficiency in tools like JIRA and the ability to support projects if necessary will also be required.,
