Role Overview: As a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Technical Consultant, your role will involve designing, implementing, and customizing solutions to address the business requirements of clients. Your expertise in Dynamics NAV/Business Central will be crucial in guiding the team and ensuring adherence to best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions to fulfill clients' business needs. - Oversee the implementation process, including planning, scheduling, and managing project resources for timely delivery. - Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business needs, collect requirements, and define project scope. - Customize and configure Dynamics NAV/Business Central applications according to client requirements. - Develop and implement integration solutions with other systems and applications to ensure smooth data flow and functionality. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including developers, consultants, and other stakeholders. - Ensure thorough testing and adherence to quality standards in solutions before deployment. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, such as solution design, architecture, and user guides. - Offer training and support to clients and end-users to ensure their comfort with the new system and its functionalities. - Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and suggest enhancements to existing solutions. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central. - Strong understanding of Dynamics NAV/Business Central architecture, development, and customization. - Proficiency in C/AL, AL, Power Platform, and other related technologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central certifications are highly preferred. - Experience in project management, including scoping, budgeting, and resource allocation.
