Responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with AS/IND AS accounting standards, managing General Ledger (GL) accounting, overseeing bill booking accuracy, preparing data for transfer pricing and tax audits, reviewing cost-related data for transparency and regulatory alignment, ensuring GST compliance, managing banking activities for smooth financial operations and cash flow, overseeing working capital management, preparing monthly management reports for senior management, coordinating internal, statutory, and bank audits, handling insurance-related activities, and ensuring ROC compliance with corporate governance requirements. Key Requirements: - Expertise in SAP for financial operations is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS/IND AS), GST, Tax Audits, and Transfer Pricing regulations.
