Job Description

As a Data Science Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will provide strategic insights by analyzing large datasets and identifying trends and patterns. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data-driven insights by maintaining high standards of data quality. It will be your role to drive the adoption of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques across the organization, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, and mentor junior data scientists for continuous learning and improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the design and implementation of data models and algorithms - Provide strategic insights by analyzing large datasets - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions - Ensure data-driven insights" accuracy and reliability - Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports - Mentor and guide junior data scientists - Evaluate and implement new data science tools and technologies - Work closely with IT and data engineering teams - Monitor industry trends in data science Qualifications: - Possess a strong background in data science with a minimum of 16 years of experience - Exhibit proficiency in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analytics - Experience in leading and managing data science teams in a hybrid work model - Capability in collaborating with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision-making - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights,
