Sr. Manager Category Planner & Inventory

As a Senior Manager in Category Planning & Inventory Management within the Category Planning & Inventory department, your primary role will be to lead category-level planning and inventory control to ensure alignment with product lifecycle, stock health, and business targets across all channels. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales planning across all product categories, leading seasonal buying and product improvement initiatives, overseeing in-season inventory and replenishment execution, managing product lifecycle in coordination with merchandising, adjusting category contributions and SLPV as per business needs, planning pricing, markdowns, and margin optimization, as well as delivering reports and insights on category performance. To be successful in this role, you should hold an MBA/PG in Business/Retail and have 8-12 years of experience in retail/category planning. Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and planning tools is essential. Additionally, you should be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
