Sr. LLM Lead

You will be a Senior LLM Lead specializing in GenAI and ML technologies with a strong foundation in Machine Learning and Software Engineering. The role will require you to work on designing, developing, and deploying GenAI-based systems using cutting-edge tools and frameworks. - Design and develop GenAI/LLM-based systems using frameworks like LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. - Implement advanced prompt engineering strategies and agent-based workflows for intelligent AI systems. - Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to define and drive the technical roadmap for LLM and GenAI initiatives. - Translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. - Work closely with business SMEs, product owners, and data engineering teams to align AI models with real-world use cases. - Contribute to code reviews, system architecture discussions, and performance tuning of deployed models. - 7+ years of total experience in ML/Software Engineering, with a recent 3-4 years focused on LLMs and Generative AI. - Proficiency in Python, LangChain, and SQL. - Deep understanding of LLM concepts such as prompt tuning, embeddings, and vector databases like FAISS and Pinecone. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Strong understanding of ML pipelines, deployment strategies, and GenAI use cases. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
