Sr Lead Animator

Role Overview: As a Sr Lead Animator at Aristocrat, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of innovative game animations and promotional videos for a world leader in gaming content and technology. Your role will involve ensuring the consistency and quality of animations across project teams, conceptualizing high-quality animations, and collaborating with a dedicated team to create and maintain captivating gaming experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the production of game animations and promotional videos throughout the production cycle. - Maintain consistency and quality of animations across project teams. - Quickly conceptualize and produce high-quality animations based on briefs and feedback. - Collaborate with the animation team in India and communicate effectively with team members locally and remotely. - Participate in all stages of the creative production pipeline, from concept to post-production. - Provide high-quality animations for gaming products as directed by the Chief Concept Creator & Art Director. - Understand game rules and mechanics to plan animations effectively. - Perform regular reviews of games to ensure animation quality meets standards and provide feedback for improvement. - Coordinate with various functions to plan games and ensure smooth operations. - Contribute to the development of innovative products and support co-workers" skill development. Qualifications Required: - Highly motivated individual with a passion for crafting outstanding artwork. - Advanced understanding of 2D and 3D animation principles. - Proficient in major art software such as Adobe Aftereffects, Maxon Red Giant Trapcode, Esoteric Spine, Autodesk 3DS Max, and Maya. - Excellent English communication skills. - Adaptive behavior and flexibility in task execution. - Demonstrates integrity and strong organizational behavior. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercial art setting with relevant skills. - Good understanding of art and animation principles.
