Sr. Java programmer / Java Lead

The job involves leading a team of developers working on the latest technologies and frameworks in the mobile and open-source world to develop mobile applications, mobile websites, and rich internet applications. We are looking for a Java developer experienced in Java-related technologies. The ideal candidate should be collaborative, quality-focused, resourceful, initiative taker, and possess good English communication skills. You should be able to extrapolate common requirements and develop creative solutions or take appropriate action when the situation demands it. Your responsibilities will include requirement analysis, design and development, building and maintaining modular widgets, custom interfaces, and middleware components using the mentioned technologies. We are seeking candidates with the motivation to do hands-on development and troubleshooting, willingness to help team members when they are stuck, and are eager to work for a technology-oriented firm. Experience in technologies like J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and other Java-related technologies is preferred. The ability to design and code using open-source technologies and frameworks is essential.
