Sr. Java Developer/ Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. - Develop and deploy microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. - Work on RESTful APIs, backend components, and integration with external systems. - Implement best practices in cloud deployment using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.). - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product teams. Required Skills: - 6-10 years of experience in Java development. - Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud). - In-depth understanding and experience with Microservices architecture. - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.). - Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services. - Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
