Sr. Inventory Analyst

As an Inventory Account Controller for India and other subsidiaries, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting month closure activities such as job order closure, analysis of job order variances, and WIP analysis - Updating standard costs and ensuring accuracy in month close reports by comparing Sub Ledger Vs. GL balances - Preparing account reconciliations and inventory reconciliations - Actively participating in standard cost updation activities and computing E&O/Inventory reserve as per policy - Calculating the cost and sale prices for inventory items and participating in testing various programs and new setups related to cost - Serving as the point of contact for inventory matters for the entities being managed - Engaging in special projects for process improvement and handling month-end tasks for period closing - Providing support for Statutory Audit under Local GAAP Qualifications required for this role include: - Preferably a Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce and a Chartered Accountant/ICWA - More than 2 years of experience in Oracle R12 ERP - At least 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in global companies - Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Proficiency in Excel spreadsheet knowledge Please note that the company values individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills to excel in this role.,
