We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team for high-end residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, project execution knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conceptualize and design interior layouts for residential spaces based on client requirements

* Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visuals

* Handle end-to-end project execution: from design presentation to on-site supervision

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery

* Prepare BOQs, material selection, and cost estimation

* Ensure design quality and adherence to timelines

* Stay updated with current design trends and materials

* Lead a team of junior designers if required

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture

* 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in residential interiors

* Strong portfolio showcasing residential work

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar design tools

* Good communication and client interaction skills in English

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
